Dino Santonicola, a native of Naples, Italy, spent his childhood peering over kitchen counters learning the culinary traditions and food secrets of his family. At a young age he mastered the arts of making Mozzarella cheese, pasta, gelato and pizza. At 15, he discovered his passion for pizza-making while working in his Uncle’s busy restaurant.
After years of honing his craft, Dino traveled to America to put his passion for pizza-making in motion helping launch a handful successful Italian restaurants. As Positano Pizza’s Head Chef, he has carefully crafted the most authentic recipes bringing the indescribable taste of Italy to our customers.
